Custom formulations that fall outside an existing base still complete a minimum 90-day stability period before approval, evaluating efficacy, texture, and fragrance stability over time. Additional testing or review may be required depending on the formula, packaging, claims, or other project requirements. Starting from a pre-stabilized base can reduce that step, since the foundational mix and process work is already established. Customisation is still reviewed and tested as needed.
